This policy describes how Sign PDF, provided by Co Trinh Hien Duy, handles information. Contact coduy96@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests.

Documents, signatures, and camera access

PDFs, handwriting, and scanned pages are processed on your device. Sign PDF does not upload their contents to our servers or to RevenueCat. Camera access is used only when you choose to scan a document.

Local storage

Drafts and saved signatures are kept in the app’s protected local storage and excluded from device backups. You can delete drafts and saved signatures in the app. Removing the app removes its local data; copies you exported remain at the destinations you selected.

Purchases and technical information

Apple processes payments. RevenueCat helps verify purchases, restore access, and manage Pro entitlements. This involves a randomly generated app user identifier, transaction and subscription information, and technical information such as app and operating-system versions, locale, and service connection information. We do not receive your payment card details. Purchase services do not receive your document contents or signatures.

We use this information to provide paid features, support purchases, understand aggregate purchase activity, and diagnose purchase problems. Sign PDF does not use advertising SDKs or request permission to track you across other companies’ apps and websites.

See Apple’s privacy policy and RevenueCat’s privacy policy for their handling of data. These providers may process information outside your country.

Sharing and support

You choose when and where to export a PDF. Cloud storage, email, and other sharing destinations follow their own privacy policies. If you contact support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, and use them to respond. Please do not send confidential documents unless necessary for your request.

This website

Our support website is hosted by Vercel. Vercel processes normal request information, including IP address and browser information, to deliver and secure the site. We have not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or a document upload form to these pages.

Retention and choices

Local data remains until you delete it or remove the app. Purchase records and support correspondence may be retained as needed to provide service, maintain records, resolve disputes, or meet applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information we control. We may need information to locate a purchase record because the app has no account login. Some transaction records must be retained by payment providers.

Children and changes

Sign PDF is a general-purpose document utility, not a service directed at children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us. We will update this page when our practices change and show the new effective date.
